These songs all sound like apples of the same tree, although each has at least one hook, lead, or strange section that will make it memorable. I was admittedly not expecting to find the music so interesting, but one thing that Canvas Solaris manages to do very well is keep their compositions eventful. Hearing such a technically accomplished band writing actual songs is pretty refreshing, and while this is a slightly more subdued incarnation of the band, there are still jaw-dropping moments for the listener to lose their mind to.

Canvas Solaris are one of the most stunning instrumental metal bands ever, to be quite sure. Copyright Prog Archives, All rights reserved. Please consider supporting us by giving monthly PayPal donations and help keep PA fast-loading and ad-free forever.

According to the CD cover, Canvas Solaris is: Nathan Sapp - lead and rhythm guitars, guitar synthesizer, 6 and 12 string acoustic guitars, micromoog and Yamaha cs synthesizers, speckle interferometry at infared wavelengths of 1.

Man, that hurt my head just to copy all that from the CD. A classic. This record will kick your ass. Not a classic but it will rock your world.

You've heard better. Pretty bad. Might make a nice coaster. Self explanatory. Just the sight of the cover makes you wanna hurl.
