Entourage install root certificate 2008

Login Message. Entourage for Mac and Exchange root cert issue - Hi All, After we have moved our mailboxes from an Exchange server to an Exchange server. For Entourage for Mac user, they will see the following popup message every time they start it up: Unable to establish a secure connection to exchserver. If you continue, the information you vieew and send will be encrypted, but will not be secure. BUT this is annoying! What have we missed when we moved our mailboxes?

We need to install the certificate in two places: On mac Open hard drive Search for Microsoft cert manager choose files to search and open it Import Locate saved certificate - open Enter password you gave to certificate earlier. Certificate now imported. Quit cert manager. Install certificate on Keychain login Now search for "Keychain access" Highlight login File Import Browse for certificate Make sure you are importing into login key chain Enter certificate password You should now have 2 certificates that you have imported.

One is expandable. Open entourage and note no certificate problems! This cost us a small fortune in work hours and I'm sure put doubt in our new customers mind as to our abilities. If I click ok on the message, it takes me to a different screen saying that Entourage cannot automatically setup my account but I don't know what to put for Public Folders Server and LDAP server and such. Can anyone please help me figure these things out? I am stressing a lot over here Wednesday, July 29, AM.
